Chronic urticaria

A vascular reaction , involving upper dermis, represent localized edema caused by dilatation and increased permeability of capillaries or may be due to hypersensitivity to food or drugs, foci of infection, physical agents (heat, cold, light, friction) and marked by development of wheal.
