| 250 mcg | 250 (250) | As recommended. | SC | In tothe lower abdominal wall ,starting on day 5 or 6 of ovarian stimulation with gonadotophins (or each evening starting on day 5 of ovarian stimulation); continue throughout administration of gonadotrophin including day of ovulation induction. or 3mg on day 7 of ovarian stimulation with gonadotrophins;if ovulation induction is not possible on day 5 after 3mg dose,additional 250mcg once. |
