Adult Dosage

| 0.5 to 1 Un it/kg | 0.75 (0.75) | 24 hourly | IV | Once a day. The dose may be adjusted during stress or in case of major illness or with changes in excersie. IV should be administered under medical supervision for glycemic control with close monitoring of blood glucose and serum potassium to avoid hypoglycemia and hypokalemia. |
