Adult Dosage
12 to 24 mg	18 (18)	As recommended.	PO	this target dosage range is achieved by daily doseage adjustments, altering patients to symptoms of orthostatic hypotension, starting at a dose of 1mg twice daily, then moving to 2 mg, 4mg, 6mg, 8mg, 10 mg, and 12mg twice dily on day2,3,4,5,6 and 7 respectively to reach 12 mg/day to 24mg/day dose range.
