Side Effects
The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Clioquinol, which give rise to further complications include Optic neuropathy, Peripheral neuropathy.
Clioquinol produces potentially life-threatening effects which include severe neurotoxicity. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Clioquinol therapy.
