Adult Dosage

10 to 30 mg20 (20)As recommended.For Muscle spasms.The dose is given daily in divided doses
25 to 100 mg62 (62.5)As recommended.For acute symptoms of alcohol withdrawl.Maximum dose is 300 mg daily
50 to 100 mg75 (75)As recommended.For premedication before anaesthesia given 1 hr before surgery
50 to 100 mg75 (75)As recommended.IV or IMFor severe symptoms of alcohol withdrawl. this dose is given initially ,if necessary repeat dose after 2-4 hr
10 to 30 mg20 (20)As recommended.POFor insomnia given before bedtime
5 to 100 mg52 (52.5)8 hourlyPOFrequency may be increased upto 4 times/day if needed.

Paedriatic Dosage (20kg)

5 to 10 mg7.5 (7.5)12 hourly
