| 1 mg | 1 (1) | As recommended. | PO | Initially 250mg before Breakfast then increased by 250-500mg at in level of 5-7 days to a maintanance dose up to 1.5 gm/day. For doses above 1 gm/day give in two divided doses. Before morning and evening meal. |
