Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is primarily indicated in conditions like Arabinoflavinosis, Vitamin deficiency, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Migraine prophylaxis.

Pharmacokinetics

Oral absorption of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is found to be 60.5% ±9.5. Plasma protien binding is 60 %. and metabolism is reported Hepatic. Renal Excretion accounts for unchanged and plasma half life is 1 hr.
