    Cymbopogon jwarancusa (Jawarancusa) Schult.. . Perennial, culms erect or geniculately ascending, upto 150 cm high. Leaf blades upto 30 cm long and 5 mm wide, whitish, narrowed at the base, attenuate to a filiform tip. Racemes 13-22 mm long, lowest pedicel not swollen; internodes And pedicels densely ciliate along the margins and on the back (61). Roots slender, brown and knotty, giving oft many long fibrillae, surface rugous and marked with of rings of fallen leaf sheathes
