| 5 to 10 mg | 7.5 (7.5) | 24 hourly | PO | It can be administered with or without food. In patients with sever renal impairment (CLcr < 30 ml/min) and moderate hepatic impairment; greater than 5 mg/day dose is not recommended. It should not be taken in case of sever hepatic impairment. |
