| 1000 mg | 1000 (1000) | 12 hourly | PO | Saquinavir is given as Saquinavir mesylate in combination with ritonavir 100-mg bid. Ritonavir should be taken at the same time as Saquinavir mesylate. Saquinavir mesylate and ritonavir should be taken within 2 hours after a meal. |
