Pemphigus vulgaris

Most common and severe form of pemphigus, occuring between the age of 40 and 60 characterized by the chronic development of cutaneous flaccid, easily ruptured bullae on normal skin and mucous membrane may be localized a few months before becoming generalized leaving large, weeping, denuded surfaces that become partially crusted with little or no tendency to heal.
