Amifostine's dosage details are as follows:

Adult Dosage
200 to 200 mg/m.sq	200 (200)	24 hourly	IV	For prevention of xerotamine infuse over 3 minutes started 15-30 minutes before Radiotherapy.
740 to 740 mg/m.sq	740 (740)	As recommended.	IV	To reduce cisplatin induced renal toxicity if doses of cisplatin of less tgan 100 mg/m.sq are used. Give as IV infussion over 15 minutes starting no more than 30 minutes before the antineoplastic therapy.
910 to 910 mg/m.sq	910 (910)	24 hourly	IV	Subsequent doses should be reduced to 740 mg/m.sq in patient unable tolerate the full dose.
Paedriatic Dosage (20kg)
740 to 740 mg/m2	740 (740)	As recommended.	IV	To reduce cisplatin induced renal toxicity, if doses of cisplatin of less than 100mg/m2 are used. Gi
