Mepyramine
Overview
Mepyramine is a first generation antihistamine targetting H1 receptor.It is an ethylenediamine derivative and is a sedating anti-histamine with antimuscarinic and sedative properties. Mepyramine (Maleate) is used for the symptomatic relief of hypersensitivity reaction and in pruritic skin disorders.
