The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Sulfametopyrazine, which give rise to further complications include Stevens johnson syndrome, Epidermal necrolysis, Dermatitis, Hematuria, Anuria.

The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Sulfametopyrazine include Fever, Rashes, Pruritus, Nephritis.

The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Sulfametopyrazine are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Nausea, Vomiting, Anorexia, Diarrhea.
