| 750 mg | 750 (750) | 12 hourly | iv | for pneumonia and with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis 1.5 mg may be given every 8 hour in more severe conditions. |
| 250 to 500 mg | 380 (375) | 12 hourly | PO | Should be taken after food for optimum absorption. The usual course is seven days. For respiratory tract infection. |
