Allium sativum Linn. is a herb, depressed-globose in shape, off white in color, size is usually up to 20 cm, is evergreen, and unbranched. Consists of several small bulbs called "Cloves" and is surrounded by a thin white, or pinkish sheath. It has a stronger flavour than onion.
